Welcome to Fazzar.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fazzar website, platform and related services.
By accessing or using Fazzar, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT FAZZAR
Fazzar is an online fashion and lifestyle commerce platform serving customers in India.
Depending on the product and location, products available through Fazzar may be fulfilled through:
• Third-party suppliers.
• Brands.
• Independent sellers.
• Local fashion stores or partner stores.
• Other fulfilment partners.
Fazzar may operate using different fulfilment models over time.
2. PRODUCT LISTINGS
Product information, including photographs, descriptions, prices, sizes, colours, availability and specifications, is provided for customer purchasing purposes.
We take reasonable steps to keep product information accurate, but availability and other information may change.
Products may become unavailable before an order is fully confirmed.
3. PRICES
Prices displayed on Fazzar are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, delivery charges, discounts or other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Fazzar may change prices or promotional offers at any time before an order is placed.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
An order may be subject to availability and confirmation.
Fazzar may cancel or partially cancel an order where:
• A product is unavailable.
• Product information or pricing contains an error.
• A supplier, seller or fulfilment partner cannot fulfil the order.
• Delivery to the provided location is unavailable.
• Fraud, misuse or suspicious activity is detected.
• Cancellation is otherwise permitted under applicable law.
Where an order or product is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed.
5. DELIVERY
Fazzar offers different delivery models.
STANDARD DELIVERY:
Standard delivery is available across applicable locations in India. Delivery is normally made within the estimated business-day period displayed for the product or during checkout.
Standard products may initially be fulfilled through dropshipping suppliers and may subsequently be fulfilled through Fazzar sellers, brands or other partners.
FAZZAR INSTANT:
Selected products may be eligible for minute-level delivery in eligible Bengaluru locations.
Fazzar Instant availability depends on:
• Customer location.
• Local inventory availability.
• Store/partner operating hours.
• Product eligibility.
• Delivery capacity.
• Traffic and operational conditions.
Not every Fazzar product is eligible for Fazzar Instant delivery.
6. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary due to inventory, supplier processing, seller preparation, courier availability, traffic, weather, operational conditions and other circumstances.
Fazzar does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless expressly stated as a guaranteed service.
7. FAZZAR INSTANT
"Fazzar Instant" refers only to products and locations specifically marked as eligible for the service.
If a product does not display Fazzar Instant eligibility, it will be processed using its applicable standard delivery method.
8. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
• Name.
• Phone number.
• Email address.
• Delivery address.
• Payment information where applicable.
Fazzar is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
9. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Customers agree to provide valid and authorised payment information.
Fazzar does not store complete payment-card information unless expressly stated in the applicable privacy documentation and permitted by law.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Fazzar Return & Refund Policy.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Fazzar name, logo, website design, content, graphics, text, software and other Fazzar-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Fazzar-owned content without prior written permission.
12. PROHIBITED USE
Customers must not:
• Use Fazzar for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform.
• Use automated systems to abuse the platform.
• Submit false or fraudulent information.
• Abuse promotions, coupons or refunds.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
• Use the platform to infringe the rights of others.
13. THIRD-PARTY SELLERS AND SUPPLIERS
Where products are fulfilled by independent sellers, brands or suppliers, additional product-specific terms may apply.
Fazzar may facilitate the transaction, communication, order management and customer support while fulfilment responsibilities may be performed by the applicable seller, supplier or partner.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
14. ACCOUNT
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their account.
Customers should immediately notify Fazzar if they believe their account has been compromised.
15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Fazzar may temporarily suspend or modify portions of the platform for maintenance, security, technical reasons or other operational requirements.
16. LIMITATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fazzar will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Fazzar may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on the Fazzar website with the revised effective date.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.
